Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at AV Locky Immigration Solutions Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, motivating staff, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Team Support: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, motivate staff, and provide administrative support.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, ability to work independently, and willingness to relocate.
