Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at AV Locky Immigration Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Train staff
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations
- Coach
- Monitor and evaluate
Requirements:
- 11-15 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
