At MODE IMMIGRATION INC, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure. They will also possess efficient interpersonal skills, be organized, reliable, and have good time management skills.

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, assisting in the preparation of the operating budget, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. They will also assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a consulting firm and will be proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. They will also have a criminal record check and be able to work under pressure with attention to detail.
