- Answering telephone calls and messages, and providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
- Managing manual and computerized filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels to meet business needs.
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
- Compiling data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Degree completion (secondary school graduation certificate).
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and Windows.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum.
