About the Role:
  • This is a full-time permanent position working 35-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
  1. Answering telephone calls and messages, and providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
  2. Managing manual and computerized filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  3. Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
  4. Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels to meet business needs.
  5. Greeting visitors and directing them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
  6. Compiling data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Degree completion (secondary school graduation certificate).
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Windows.
