We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Parts department as an Elevator Support Coordinator. Located in the Pacific Time zone, this full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for technical and parts calls, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to Garaventa Lift dealers, Technical Support staff, and internal customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Triage and distribute workflow based on customer needs and requests.
  • Distribute workflow from the Technical Support inboxes.
  • Maintain customer contact in the Garaventa Lift database according to our Technical Support processes.
  • Gather technical information from manuals/drawings and transmit to customers.
  • Process parts orders, identify parts for field repair or replacement, and perform parts lookups.
  • Follow up and expedite outstanding customer concerns and customer orders.
  • Follow up on pending files.
  • Process warranty documentation and claims.
  • Process RMA documentation requests and returns.

To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should also be highly organized, time-efficient, and proficient with Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of ERP and ticket systems is an asset. If you possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, type 40 wpm, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
