">We are seeking two full-time office administrators to join our team at GMR Logistics Ltd. in Surrey, BC.
">**Job Summary:**
This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of $34.62 per hour.
As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in coordinating office administrative procedures and reviewing management needs. Your duties will include establishing work priorities, delegating tasks, and overseeing office filing and administrative procedures.

- Oversee office filing and administrative procedures, review, evaluate, and record management needs;">
- Carry out administrative activities and other routine inquiries efficiently;">
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely ordering of low supplies;">
- Schedule work activities;">
- Assist in preparation of the operating budget and ordering office inventory;">
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports;">
- Perform additional duties as required by management.">
**Requirements:**
">To be successful in this role, you must have:
">Completion of secondary school is required;
A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is an asset;
1 or more years of experience in a related field is required.
