Sales Strategy and Operations Lead

TouchBistro is a leading provider of restaurant technology solutions, seeking an experienced Sales Strategy and Operations Lead to drive growth in the SMB restaurant segment.
You will play a critical role in driving sales productivity, resource allocation, and operational excellence for our SMB Sales team, ensuring we achieve ambitious growth targets. By blending strategy with execution, you'll enable TouchBistro's continued leadership in restaurant technology and help our sales team thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Assist in developing sales strategies aligned with TouchBistro's business objectives to drive growth in the SMB restaurant segment.
- Team Management: Coach and manage a high-performing Sales Strategy & Operations team focused on optimizing forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success—to align on go-to-market efforts and deliver value to our restaurant partners.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive operational efficiency through scalable systems, processes, and reporting that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Product Feedback: Gather and synthesize feedback from the sales team to influence product development and improve the restaurant experience.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and streamline workflows.
We're offering a highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. If you bring 5+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy consulting, or a related role, have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Operations, or a related field, and are proficient in using Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales performance and drive operational insights, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
