Job Title: Fintech Sales Strategy Director

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our sales strategy to drive growth and expansion.

Job Description

The successful candidate will serve as the Sr. Director, GTM Sales Operations and report directly to the VP, Sales Operations. This highly visible role will play a pivotal part in defining and implementing our sales strategy across multiple regions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

You will start by analyzing our existing sales strategy and identifying areas for optimization. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a comprehensive plan to enhance sales performance, improve conversion rates, and increase revenue growth. This will involve partnering with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyze market trends, and inform strategic decisions.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also oversee project execution, ensure timely delivery, and measure progress against established KPIs. Your expertise in process improvements, change management, and stakeholder communication will be invaluable in driving cultural transformation and achieving desired outcomes.

You will define metrics and lead indicators of business performance to understand trends and proactively identify areas of opportunity and risk. This will require collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to set strategic goals, create plans, and execute on key initiatives.

As an expert in sales enablement, you will enhance the Sales knowledge base by working with Sales Enablement and other GTM roles to create, update, and centralise documentation. Your ability to communicate effectively with executives and senior leaders will be essential in influencing strategic decision-making.

Requirements
  • 12+ years of related sales, go-to-market strategy experience, preferably in a high-growth mid-market fintech environment
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or business, or equivalent experience. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Proven strong project and time management experience
  • Ability to analyse data to make informed recommendations and derive actionable plans
  • Proficient at developing executive-level presentation content
