Sales Operations Strategy Lead

At Women in Payments, we're dedicated to empowering women in the fintech industry. As a Senior Sales Director, you'll play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy and driving revenue growth.
About the Role
The Fintech Senior Sales Director will lead the development and execution of our sales go-to-market strategy, partnering closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for identifying optimization opportunities, providing solutions, and project managing priorities. Your expertise will inform competitive strategy and intelligence, industry/vertical strategy, and sales process support, ultimately improving conversion rates, time to sale, and segmentation of teams and global efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Define metrics and leading indicators of business performance to understand trends and proactively identify areas of opportunity and risk.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to set strategic goals, create plans, and execute on key initiatives.
- Enhance Sales knowledge base by collaborating with Sales Enablement and other GTM roles to create, update, and centralize documentation used by the Sales organization.
- Ownership of all AI initiatives related to GTM strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including vendor reviews, piloting, and ROI analysis.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or business, or equivalent experience. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 12+ years' related sales, go-to-market strategy experience, preferably in a high-growth mid-market fintech environment.
- Proven strong project and time management experience.
- Analyze data to make informed recommendations and derive actionable plans.

Salary Range
$140,000 - $170,000 per annum, based on experience.
