About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Reconciliation Strategies Lead. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and counsel to clients on the design and implementation of reconciliation strategies.

Your expertise will be invaluable in leading and coordinating efforts to develop and implement reconciliation action plans for large and complex projects. You will work closely with Indigenous communities and organizations to support their vision for the future and foster meaningful reconciliation.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide quality assurance for all written project materials, ensuring high standards of clarity and accuracy. Your exceptional editing skills will also oversee writing projects from junior team members, including interns, account coordinators, and consultants.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reconciliation strategies that align with client objectives and reconciliation goals.
  • Lead a team of project area leads to deliver client outcomes, ensuring alignment with reconciliation objectives.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leadership on project proposals and work plans related to reconciliation strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Indigenous leadership, community organizations, and partners to identify reconciliation opportunities and develop appropriate plans.
  • Stay informed and build expertise in reconciliation strategies, Indigenous governance, and community development to apply knowledge to current and future projects.
