Recruitment Specialist

Manpower is seeking an experienced Recruiter to work in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, Canada.
What We Offer:
- $33.00 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay
- Paid weekly, every Friday
- Full-time position
- Work from home in Manitoba or Saskatchewan
- Possibility of a one-year contract with extension
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design a tailored recruiting approach
- Execute full-cycle recruitment of entry-level candidates
- Utilize and maintain accurate data in candidate management tools
- Be the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions, and internal stakeholders
- Post job advertisements
- Manage a heavy requisition load
- Point of contact for hiring managers
- Interview viable candidates
- Present to hiring managers
- Manage the ATS system
- Provide offer letters
- Prepare candidates for onboarding
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience required
- Minimum two years of experience managing ATS systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree (or equivalent) preferred
- Agriculture knowledge experience preferred
- Ability to work well with various management personalities
- Strong understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes, procedures, and tools
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English
