Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing a tailored recruiting approach to meet our recruitment demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment of entry-level candidates, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Utilize and maintain accurate data in candidate management tools to track recruitment metrics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions, and internal stakeholders.
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Manage a heavy requisition load and prioritize recruitment efforts to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Present viable candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure seamless recruitment operations.
  • Prepare and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of relevant work experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing ATS systems and recruitment software.
  • Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Agriculture knowledge or experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse management personalities.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting and sourcing processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and analytical approach to problem-solving.
