Job Opportunity:
beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates for open positions
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
