Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager - Amazon Specialist to oversee our Amazon sales strategy and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling on Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize Marketplace Revenue: Manage product listings, create new product listings, ensure buy-box optimization, and address negative reviews to drive sales growth.
  • Optimize SKU Selection: Develop and implement a plan to reduce SKU selection while increasing margin and sales.
  • Manage Account Health Metrics: Monitor and address account health metrics on each marketplace, including valid tracking rates, message response time, and order defect rate.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to ensure accurate inventory levels for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and minimize stock-out issues.
  • Product Uploads: Ensure timely and accurate product uploads to marketplaces.
  • Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Purchasing Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling on Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central.
  • Experience working with other marketplaces, such as Walmart, is highly preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
