You must thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in overseeing Amazon analytics produced by a team is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize Marketplace Revenue: Manage product listings, create new product listings, ensure buy-box optimization, manage negative reviews, and more.
  • Optimize SKU Selection: Develop and implement a plan to reduce SKU selection while increasing margin and sales.
  • Manage Account Health Metrics: Monitor and address product listing issues, valid tracking rates, message response time, order defect rate, and other key metrics.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date costs and retail prices, adhere to vendor MAP policies, and plan, forecast, and liaise with the Purchasing Manager to avoid stock-out issues.
  • Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions, and assist with other miscellaneous tasks as required.
  • Margin Optimization: Maintain and increase margin on third-party sales platforms.
