About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Allmost E-commerce Ltd. as part of our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Menu Planning: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week
