We are seeking a like-minded individual with experience in selling on Amazon, who is highly organized, skilled in data analytics, proficient in Excel, and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize Marketplace Revenue: Manage product listings, create new product listings, ensure buy-box optimization, manage negative reviews, and more.
  • Optimize SKU Selection: Develop and implement a plan to reduce SKU selection while increasing margin and sales.
  • Marketplace Management: Open and manage cases on respective marketplaces to resolve product listing issues promptly.
  • Account Health Metrics: Monitor and manage account health metrics on each marketplace, including valid tracking rates, message response time, order defect rate, and more.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Cost and Pricing Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date costs and retail prices, adhering to vendor MAP policies for website and marketplaces.
  • Inventory Management: Plan, forecast, and liaise with the Purchasing Manager to ensure inventory for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and avoid stock-out issues.
  • Product Uploads: Ensure all product uploads are done correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions.
  • Additional Tasks: Assist with miscellaneous tasks as required or directed by Directors/Ownership.
