Job Summary

We are seeking an E Commerce Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the QE Home experience for customers and team members. This role will involve managing day-to-day operations, developing new business opportunities, and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the e commerce customer sales & service function through all available channels.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the web customer sales & support team.
  • Perform daily follow up to ensure team members are proficient in their assigned duties.
  • Onboard and train new team members on product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and maintain customer sales, service, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the E Commerce Sales Manager to identify and execute program improvements and enhancements.
Omni Support
  • Support and grow e commerce-based orders in stores, including same day pick-up, in-store pickup, ship-to-store, kiosk, and other methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Web Operations & Fulfillment to ensure procedures are followed to maintain the integrity of the service provided, sales data collected, and inventory across all channels.
Institutional & Trade Sales
  • Develop new existing e commerce institutional and trade customers.
  • Support stores in the development of new and managing existing institutional and trade customers.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a positive approach to taking on challenges.
  • Exhibits QE Home values, including innovation, respect, passion, accountability, and entrepreneurship.
  • Ability to identify digital/retail trends, synthesize information from multiple touch points, and create business solutions.
