About the Role

Sustainable Produce Urban Delivery Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our e-commerce and retail marketing efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer engagement, retention, and growth across our online and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our company's overall business objectives and drives customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our company's values and mission.
  • Performance Measurement and Analysis: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a director-level position, with a proven track record of success in e-commerce and retail marketing.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, analytics, and Google Adwords, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
