We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Allmost E-commerce Ltd. as part of our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Supply Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to health and safety standards.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.

Requirements
