Drive Business Growth as a Key Account Growth Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive growth in high-stakes markets. As a Key Account Growth Strategist, you'll leverage your expertise in relationship building, strategic alliances, and sales to secure major transit infrastructure projects.

About the Role:

  • Leverage market intelligence on industry developments, standards, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for significant revenue growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers across transit authorities, contractors, and government agencies to convert leads into successful project wins.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to secure QM Environmental's position in key projects.
  • Represent QM Environmental at industry events to enhance brand presence and expand networks.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales forecasts and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years in business development, sales, or project management within infrastructure or environmental sectors.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
