The Combo Business Development Manager will focus on retaining and growing current customers, improving profitability, and developing new business opportunities.
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $62,500 - $72,500 per year, plus commission
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and develop customer interests in Ryder services, including Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, Fleet Management Services, and Dedicated Contract Carriage.
- Educate and develop prospect value perception of Ryder services using the Ryder Sales Process.
- Analyze account profitability, understand competitive influences, and identify risks within each account.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years or more of consecutive sales excellence in prior sales responsibilities.
