Delmanor Communities is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Services Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Oversee meal preparation from seasonal menus, ensuring food quality and presentation meets fine dining standards.
  • Lead and inspire your team, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation, and a positive working environment.
  • Adhere to all Public Health and other relevant regulations and standards.
  • Communicate with Residents and their families about dietary needs and concerns.
  • Work within the approved food budget & maintain monthly inventory of all food supplies.

About You:

  • Red Seal Certification and 5-star dining program experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a culinary leadership position.
  • Experience in directing and supervising team members.
  • Experience working with mature adults in a hospitality setting.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexible availability including weekends.
