About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Brooks Grocery. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas to provide excellent customer service.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of dedicated professionals.
  • Language: Work in English.
  • Hours: Work 35 hours per week.
