Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and productive work environment.
- Recruitment and Training: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies and manage training and development programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of staff.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Staff Management: Recruit and hire staff to fill vacant positions and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
