Position Overview

The Office Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative functions of the organization, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Develop and implement new office procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Evaluation: Assess and refine existing administrative processes to improve performance.
  • Team Leadership: Assign tasks to office support personnel and manage workflow.
  • Prioritization: Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Policy Administration: Manage policies related to information access and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Reporting: Compile data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Staff Training: Provide training and support to office staff.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts within the office environment.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and expenditure control.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office is essential for this role.

Work Environment

The position requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
