Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Brooks Grocery. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and operations.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
