Job Title: Restaurant Team Lead Supervisor


About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Team Lead Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's Restaurants Saint John. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Leadership and Management:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including cashiers, cooks, and maintenance personnel
  • Develop and implement plans to improve restaurant efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, answering questions and resolving any issues promptly
  • Training and Development:
  • Train new employees on restaurant procedures and policies
  • Teamwork:
  • Work collaboratively with other managers and staff to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Adaptability:
  • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing circumstances as needed

Requirements:



  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a food service environment
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
