Job Title: Restaurant Team Lead Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Team Lead Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's Restaurants Saint John. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including cashiers, cooks, and maintenance personnel
- Develop and implement plans to improve restaurant efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs
- Customer Service:
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, answering questions and resolving any issues promptly
- Training and Development:
- Train new employees on restaurant procedures and policies
- Teamwork:
- Work collaboratively with other managers and staff to achieve common goals and objectives
- Adaptability:
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing circumstances as needed
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a food service environment
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
