We are looking for a talented Restaurant Management Team Lead to join our team at RED PEPPER RESTAURANT.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has experience in managing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the necessary training and support to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for our kitchen staff to ensure that we are adequately staffed to meet our customers' needs.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train our kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
