At Delhi Street Restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory
  • Hire and manage a team of food service staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
Work Environment

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
