At RED PEPPER RESTAURANT, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing efficient work schedules, requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, and supervising staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management decisions.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
