Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team at Days Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and process group arrivals and departures.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints and claims, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Administrative Tasks: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and assist with special needs.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, and provide information to guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 38 hours per week.
