Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Days Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process room reservations.
- Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general information about hotel facilities and services.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assist guests with special needs, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
- 38 hours per week
- Permanent position
- Work Language: English
