About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Tomato Finance. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
    • Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to improve productivity and accuracy.
  • Event Planning
    • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events, including logistics and catering.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas and minutes.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
    • Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Technology
    • Manage and maintain our computerized information filing systems, including data entry and record-keeping.
    • Develop and implement efficient technology solutions to improve productivity and accuracy.
  • Reporting
    • Prepare and distribute reports, including financial and operational data.
    • Develop and implement efficient reporting procedures to improve productivity and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and other technology tools.
