We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Le Lavender Catering & Food Service Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff in their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
- Operations Management
- Assist in the planning and organization of daily operations, including scheduling and coordinating tasks.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external partners.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability
- Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
