About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Trust Plus Overseas Affairs Consulting Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Ensure seamless communication and coordination within the team to facilitate efficient workflow.
  • Administrative Support
    • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other materials in a timely manner.
    • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
    • Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Data Management
    • Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Windows and other relevant software applications.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
    • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
