Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Trust Plus Overseas Affairs Consulting Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities- Communication and Coordination
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination within the team to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Administrative Support
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other materials in a timely manner.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Data Management
- Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Windows and other relevant software applications.
- Experience and Qualifications
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
