Meeting Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Meeting Operations Coordinator to support our North American meetings program. The ideal candidate will have experience managing meetings and corporate events, as well as strong data management and analytical skills.
About the RoleIn this hybrid Toronto-based role, you will collaborate globally with teammates and key stakeholders to enhance operations and vendor relationships. You will be responsible for managing monthly data reporting, generating insights for Senior Management Reports, and serving as the primary contact for meeting planning inquiries.
Responsibilities- Develop and review reports for meeting and travel programs
- Identify operational efficiencies and implement new processes to enhance program functions
- Support and drive compliance with the Global Travel and Group Meeting/Event Policy
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience managing meetings or corporate events programs
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience with Power BI dashboards
- Customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive policy compliance
- Knowledge of sourcing, procurement, and vendor management (nice to have)
- Cvent administrative experience or certification (nice to have)
- Experience with corporate travel programs (nice to have)
We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $43.00 to $46.87 based on experience, a 6-month contract, and a full-time position with a 37.50 hour workweek.
