Job Description

EcoWise Construction is seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our construction sites. This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct Daily Operations: Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Direct Staff: Supervise and direct staff members to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve operational objectives, and ensure that all tasks are prioritized and allocated accordingly.
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Coordinate schedules and appointments for meetings, site visits, and other activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently and perform repetitive tasks
Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
