Job Title: Operations Coordinator

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, supervising other workers, and maintaining office procedures and routines. If you have excellent communication skills and can work under pressure, this could be the perfect fit for you.

This position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings
  • Supervise and train other workers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other electronic communications
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Plan and arrange travel itineraries and make reservations
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant contact or service area
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Office
