Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars and conferences, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Supervise and train other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Record meeting minutes and establish efficient office routines, streamlining workflows and increasing productivity.
  • Schedule appointments and manage office supplies, maintaining a well-organized and functional workspace.
  • Respond to phone and electronic enquiries, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Compile data and statistics, analyzing trends and making recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  • Arrange travel and maintain filing systems, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, maintaining high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
