Job Description

Our client, a leading supplier of composite wood panels serving distributors and original equipment manufacturers across North America, is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager - Inside Sales in Cambridge, Ontario.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager - Inside Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic account management and inside sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and customer retention
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in inside sales and account management
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive sales growth
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with sales software, including CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Fluency in English, with French language skills an asset
