Senior Account Manager - Inside Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team in Cambridge, ON. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in a sales position with territory responsibility
  • Consultative sales approach with strong organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close
  • Comfortable with speaking with new customers and experience with customer retention and re-gaining lost business
  • Experience with sales software, M-Files and Spire experience is considered an asset
  • Fluent English and French language skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

What We Offer:
  • $65,000 to $80,000 base salary + performance bonuses
  • Monday to Friday (8-5) with up to 3 weeks vacation
