As Regional Director, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service excellence and driving outstanding metrics in Western Canada.

You will serve as a brand ambassador, protecting our brand integrity through regular on-site meetings with our offices.

Key responsibilities include communicating and executing Corporate initiatives in Western Canada, resolving service escalations, and maintaining strong relationships with our offices.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal, written, and strategic thinking skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and Xactanalysis.

A strong organizational mindset, combined with a professional demeanor and enthusiastic attitude, is essential for success in this role.
