We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team as a Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, as well as a proven track record in business development and sales.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, setting clear goals and providing feedback to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline; Business preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of comparable professional experience within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with experience presenting to groups.
  • Valid Canadian Driver's License and ability to travel nationally (35%).
