Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Allied Health Education and Organizational Strategy team at Providence Health Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Lead the development of Allied Health education programs and policies
  • Collaborate with academic institutions and external partners to advance clinical education and research
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure high-quality patient care and education
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support education and operations
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in health care, leadership, and adult education
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in an Allied Health or related discipline
  • At least 7-10 years of leadership experience in a complex health care or academic health sciences environment
  • Current practicing registration in good standing with an applicable regulatory body
  • Strong program planning and development skills, including integration of evidence-based best practices
  • Results-oriented with the ability to develop and execute strategy across large complex organizations
