Director of Allied Health Education and Organizational Strategy

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our team at Providence Health Care as the Director of Allied Health Education and Organizational Strategy. This is a key leadership role that will drive the development and implementation of strategic plans for Allied Health education and operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for Allied Health education and operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to teams responsible for Allied Health education and operations, including clinical education, student placement, and professional development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and address gaps in Allied Health education and operations, and develop solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
- Develop and manage budgets for Allied Health education and operations, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, professional associations, and other external partners to advance Allied Health education and operations.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in Allied Health education and operations, and apply this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and initiatives.
- Master's degree in an Allied Health or related discipline, with a minimum of 7-10 years of leadership experience in a complex healthcare or academic environment.
- Current practicing registration in good standing with an applicable regulatory body.
- Strong program planning and development skills, including integration of evidence-based best practices.
- Results-oriented with the ability to develop and execute strategy across large complex organizations.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively meet internal and external deadlines.
- Strong analytical, financial, and research skills, with the ability to support decision-making.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization.
