Administrative Support Specialist

As an Administrative Support Specialist at One Care Home & Community Support Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. This includes providing exceptional support to our staff and clients, handling telephone and other communications equipment, filing, ordering and stocking supplies, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff and clients
- Handle telephone and other communications equipment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
- Order and stock supplies as needed
- Perform various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- One year related college or equivalent
- Highly proficient in use of computer (Word, Excel, Microsoft Office) and office equipment
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service abilities
- Ability to speak French would be considered an asset
- Valid Driver's license and proof of insurance
