Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Perth Mews Pharmacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences; determine and establish office procedures and routines; schedule and confirm appointments; answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages; answer electronic enquiries; compile data, statistics, and other information; order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Communication: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas; set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems; type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Area of Specialization: Correspondence, reports and records, manuscripts, publications, or theses.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, and reliability.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
