About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Executive to join our team at JC Green in Southwestern Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Jonny Chronic portfolio within our retail partner stores.

About the Role
  • Effectively manage and grow the Jonny Chronic portfolio within our retail partner stores
  • Execute sales initiatives and contribute to our high-performing culture
  • Lead new business development within your territory and stay up-to-date on market trends
  • Collaborate with the JC Green team to implement effective trade marketing solutions
  • Deliver impactful product knowledge sessions to budtenders in store
  • Manage and track objectives, achievements, and challenges through our CRM tool

  • You are a professional and courteous team player with a results-driven approach
  • You are self-motivated and enthusiastic about making a difference in the Canadian cannabis space
  • You are a culture champion who embodies our values
What You Bring
  • B2B sales and cannabis experience is an asset
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication skills and proven negotiation abilities
  • CRM system expertise and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an asset
  • Located in Southwestern Ontario
  • A clean driver's abstract and a personal vehicle are required
